I was a little nervous about having a complete restyle that was out of my comfort zone (chosen by myself) and Kayshia was so lovely, reassuring and gave me the confidence to go for it. First time at this hairdressers and booked in for another appointment as I was made to feel so comfortable 😌 would definitely recommend
