Really disappointing experience. When I went to the salon I wasn’t greeted with a friendly welcome. Practically grunted at and made to feel unwelcome. She wasn’t fully prepared (no paper underwear). Didn’t ask how dark/light I wanted the tan just assumed the tone I wanted and began tanning. The floor was wet - no sign or warning up resulting in me slipping. No apologies. Abrupt rude and rushed the whole way through out. I was Ignored as I left. Customer service was shocking. Wouldn’t recommend!
