Charlottes a lovely girl and we had a really nice chat while she did my nails. I was going to stick with my usual colour but she showed me a gorgeous autumnal colour which looks fab.

I couldn't be any happier with my balayage done by Kayshia. She really listened to what I asked for and took the time to go through colours so she could get a match for what I wanted. She was really attentive and reassuring throughout as it was my first balayage. My hair hasn't looked this good in a long time. Would highly recommend. Thanks Kayshia.

Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed in to a cosy space out of the cold weather. The staff all greeted me with a smile and it seemed like all the staff and clients were good friends happily chatting to each other. Amanda carried out my treatment and I felt in safe hands. I will definitely be making beauty within my regular beauty place :)
