I’m always made to feel at home at the salon & they were very accommodating as I had my 3 year old with me. The customer service is exceptional and Amanda is the best of the best!
Never made it to salon because they called on the day to say they would have to change time of booking. When I said I couldn’t make the new time, they huffed & puffed & said ‘well, just come in I suppose’. I didn’t feel comfortable trying to have a relaxing massage knowing it was not convenient, so I asked if I could cancel - they refused. Staff extremely rude & unprofessional. Said ‘Treatwell take 80% anyway’ - not sure what that has to do with me, like that means I don’t matter. Truly awful.
Jess was very friendly , but also very professional . I was put immediately at ease , when she discussed my hair & my expectations with me . Thoughtful& considerate throughout, checking with me at every stage about length . Great bob , with a lovely finish . I rebooked without hesitation .
