First time ever getting the scalp treatment and Jess was amazing! Talked me through the whole process and I was so relaxed throughout even though my anxiety was through the roof when I first walked through the door. My hair feels super soft and clean and brushing my hair this morning took a lot less time than it normally does! I will be back for more treatments and make the most the other services they offer!
Definitely recommend Jess and this treatment!!

The salon was lovely and all the staff were very friendly and chatty. The atmosphere between the salon staff and the other customers was fantastic and made me feel at ease. Jess was wonderful and talked me through the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and will be returning for other treatments.

My appointment was brought forward a couple of times on the day and was brought forward from 2:45 to 2:35 without
me knowing so that effectively I missed a chunk of my treatment that I had payed for. The salon smelt of solvents from nails which was not very relaxing. The team were freindly, but the massage mediocre. It was a bit disappointing. The appointment change post treatwell booking was unexpected and has made me think twice about using treatwell again.
