Jess was lovely. However the woman in charge was rude from the moment we walked in, not welcoming, overcharged, yet I had rang up to discuss the situation, I explained I wanted a certain treatment and the length of hair, and the price was agreed, I paid the deposit, and confirmed how much I would have to pay on the day. However she overcharged us by £20, and tried to insult our intelligence by making up the price and was very rude and threatening.

Tamla really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She's very professional and explained every process. She paid attention to my every whimp and gentle led me to that level of conversation that I could share a bit about me with her. Then she advised me on how best to ensure my body keeps fit.
