My appointment was booked in for 10.30 however when I reached I was told hairdresser is coming in 5 mins and I was made to wait for 25 mins and the hairdressers shift starts at 11. They could have atleast informed me or changed my time to 11.

Charlotte was great! I’ve visited the salon before and have always had a good experience. I was a little disappointed this time as my appointment was moved forward without liaising with me first so it meant I had to shift some plans around

Amanda is lovely and knows what she’s doing! All the staff are warm and friendly, and they do their best to make you comfortable and welcome. There was a slight issue with my tint and Amanda sorted it straight away. Always like coming here!
