Thought I was going to have Jess, who’s balayage work I had researched. Been left with green hair and dark roots, no feathering in the highlights, did a root smudge and that’s no balayage. Very poor so disappointed.

Had a great massage at Beauty Within. Wendy was knowledgeable and took time to understand the stresses I had been feeling. Came away with much more relaxed shoulders! Lovely experience and I will be back.
