This was maybe my 4th time having my nails done by Zara and I'm always happy with them. She used a new gel that wasn't cooperating but that wasn't her fault. She was a trooper when she wasn't feeling well :)

Nicola was lovely and friendly. She went over exactly what I wanted and checked in with me as we went. She made me laugh throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, I love my hair. I will be back!
