Jess was really sweet and I’m very happy with my hair, it was my first time at beauty within but would definitely trust her with my hair again :)
I will say my appointment was rearranged last minute and pushed back an hour but it wasn’t too much of an issue

Always a nice atmosphere and I'm always happy with my nails. Despite being down a member of staff they accommodated everyone as best as they could and were very apologetic about the delay. I can't fault the lovely ladies here and I always look forward to going.
