I’m very happy with how my hair looked after the appointment. However, during my haircut Wendy approached my hairdresser and said that the price of my haircut should be £30 instead of £25. I felt as though I should have been included in this conversation, as I’m the one who will be paying. My hairdresser explained to Wendy that the cost should be £25, as I just got a haircut (no restyling), which I’m grateful for. When I went to pay, Wendy asked me to pay £30, before changing to £25.
