Always a lovely experience - the whole team are welcoming and Fran and Amanda are great. I always leave with perfect nails and get lots of compliments. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend them all the time

I have been coming here for years, however this is the 2nd time in a row that I’ve not been happy with the service. Both occasions they have changed my appointment time on the day and allocated me to a different hair dresser without being notified. The first time I went for a dry cut, and the hairdresser wet my hair and did not dry it before leaving (meaning I left with soaking wet hair). The 2nd time the hairdresser barely said two words to me which was very uncomfortable. I won’t be returning
