Treatment was done by another beautician due to Samantha being unwell. The appointment time was pushed back three times via email beforehand. Another beautician stepped in to do my eyebrows. The shape was fine, but I noticed my skin felt really sore at the end of treatment. I noticed that the skin around my eyebrows had been burnt and this was confirmed by a GP. The burns were superficial, but this has never happened before. I called the salon afterwards and left a message, but no reply.
