Loved the salon, I didn’t have the treatment that I booked but that was explained to me. Only thing I wasn’t expecting was the additional charge for the toner. I thought it would be included as at previous salons but that’s my fault for not checking: something to bear in mind though. Very pleased with the result and already booked in for next time.

Unfortunately not a great experience. The last two tans I’ve had here have been very pale and patchy, despite Sienna X being a branded tan which is consistent elsewhere. I’m not sure if the nozzle is clogged but twice now I have left the salon and had to redo the tan myself at home because it was barely noticeable. Again, since it’s a branded tan it shouldn’t be inconsistent. This time I also had a girl doing it who was lovely but clearly inexperienced. Unfortunately won’t be back.
