I have been getting my biab done here for a year and have always been really impressed. However this time I have been left disappointed. I arrived to find the staff member I booked with had left and had been switched to someone else. Since my appointment several nails have lifted at the edges and started breaking away. The top of another has cracked and a piece broken off. I am disappointed as I have always been pleased in the past.
