I’ve been to Violeta a few times however this time my treatment was 55 mins when I paid for 75mins. It felt rushed and Violeta was on her phone a lot, with notifications vibrating which was distracting. Previously my experience has been great but this time was disappointing.

Not the place for thick or bushy brows! I went in for an eyebrow threading and requested a trim and tidy up as I already had a shape that I was very happy with. I also expressed that I liked how thick my eyebrows were and only to tidy. Instead I left with a completely new shape, above my eyebrows was threaded so much its left me one eyebrow shorter than the other. I also still had stray hairs that I still then had to trim at home. Not the place if you want to keep your natural thick brows!
