I had a lovely first experience with Violeta who was welcoming, warm and very experienced. However, I was very nearly put off going ahead with my treatment after a very grumpy and dismissive initial greeting from, who I believe was, the hair dressing salon owner, where she is based ... Have no fear though her operation is self contained and worth navigating the salon for, as it is self contained and situated at the back!
