The package was sold in a way that i believed it to be a real beauty saloon and beautician - what a disappointment. The consultation lasted 3 min which was a monologue from Flo. Learned nothing new there. The room was in the back of a hair saloon, very badly lit, the products and equipment looked like it hadn’t been used for years. The fascial was a bit of a skin wiping, minimal pore cleansing, with tons of tissue wasted. No technique at all. Bad experience. Only good thing was Flo who was nice!
