It was my first time for many years in receiving a facial and Florence made me feel at ease immediately. She is knowledgeable, explained each stage of the treatment, answered my questions and was a delight to deal with. Her service was highly professional, and she has a very friendly and intelligent manner. A delightful, unhurried, relaxing and experienced person who clearly takes pride in her work and an interest in her clients. I look forward to booking another appointment.
