Florence was great! Lovely lady, knows what she's doing and very honest and trustworthy as well. I thought I didn't pay in advance and left the money on the table for her. When she realised what happened, she rang me and told me to come back to pick up the money. Not many people would do the same thing these days! I will definitely be going again!
