Florence is very knowledgeable and explain the facial procedure well. I had steam and extraction for my deep clean treatment which I found quite effective. Overall an relaxing experience.

Unfortunately my therapist was late-however she had been back to back with treatments so this is understandable. She was very attentive and asked me what I was looking for from my treatments. She also made up for the lost time at the beginning by giving me a few extra minutes at the end which I am very grateful for!

I loved the products Florence used. She is also very kind and attentive and gave me some very good tips to take care of my face on my own. The facial she gave me was great, really hydrated my skin and the massage on my neck and shoulders was out of this world. I just wish I had booked for 1 hour instead of only 30 min.
