The place looks quite tired while the room in which I had the massage was extremely small. Additionally, while I was there I was quite conscious about the cleanliness of the venue as everything looked quite messy. On top of this, the staff member was looking at her phone all the time and was texting other clients to reschedule their appointments which was certainly not good use of our time; plus, it didn't help me relax. On the contrary, it was adding more stress to my already stressful day, which I didn't need. In fact, every massage move was so fast that made me feel that she wanted my treatment to be over so that they can move on to the next appointment. The lady was very polite and friendly and it felt like she knew what she was doing so maybe it was just a bad day; unfortunately, the quality of the service I received on that day was not good. I think that this beauty venue should improve the quality of services as well as the interiors because at the end of the day customers go there and pay hoping to get a good massage and enjoy a moment of relaxation and that's all that matters the most.
