A lovely lady, very outspoken and good at her job - the place (she does this inside a hair salon) doesn't do her justice, as the staff when I walked in were indifferent and didn't even speak to me. It seems like she's working alone there, and it would be better if it was more organised in general. Good service though (arm waxing).
