Flo is lovely, professional, competent and very polite. She knows what she is doing and also lets you enjoying the massage (sometimes you find masseuse that talk all the time during the treatment, but Flo was not like that!) Very happy with her, definitely will go back and would recommend.

Flo is a very kind, experienced and professional therapist. I was impressed by how thorough she analysed the skin and treatment habits before customising the products and facial. The range of products used (Elemis and REN) is very good too. I'll definitely see her again.
