I arrived earlier than expected, the beautician came out to say she would be with me soon. However I was left waiting 20mins past the time my appointment was supposed to have started and she had not come out to warn me of that. Re the leg wax, she kept re-waxing parts that were already well-waxed and this unfortunately caused pretty bad wax burns on my inner thighs which I've never experienced with other beauticians before. The brazilian wax was good though, but I won't return unfort.
