Had a Hollywood waxing here and the overall experience was ok but I think the beautician could improve her technique as it felt a lot more painful than usual, when she was trying to pull the wax off. It felt like she was struggling to get a good grip of the wax strip and the movements weren't very smooth, which prolonged the pain.
