Booked a special - full leg and any intimate wax for £33. The whole experience was awful from start to finish, felt totally uncomfortable. From sitting on tissue (that sticks to you and even more so when you’ve had wax on you). Hygiene needs massive work, using the same spatula for my Bikini area and my legs throughout the whole Wax. The strips used were used over and over until there was so much wax on the strip it wasn’t picking up. There was no prep work before applying the wax (like talc) the talc was applied afterwards (not sure why) and oil at the very very end once tissue had been stuck to me in crap loads of different areas. The bikini area I asked for the bottom of my labia to be waxed, so the waxer applied a purple wax and I was told it would mean didn’t have to go over with strips. Get home and I’ve got purple wax stuck to my legs and the hair is still there!!! On one occasion when the waxer was trying to pull my skin taught (as expected) her grip was hurting my calf so I asked her to stop. She got really defensive and said I was accusing her of something - all I wanted her to do was to change her grip. All in all although my legs are now bare, bikini area is a mess so will have to fork out more money to make sure it’s fixed. The whole experience was just awful. Won’t be going here again.
