Firstly No medical form was completed so didn’t know any health issues I may have !!I booked In for a Deep tissue but was told by the therapist she could not use elbow as employer said they can’t! I felt like she was definitely not qualified in deep tissue just relaxing massage ! unprofessional

Unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. Took a very long time, almost twice as long as with my usual therapist. Although the therapist was friendly, there were a few comments about my hair (legs/bikini line) almost like it was my fault that it took so long and even though I know it wasn’t because my usual therapist has never commented in that way, it did make me feel really quite self conscious. I was supposed to have a Brazilian but ended up just opting for a bikini because I was supposed to be meeting someone and was already late so I didn’t even get what I’d booked in for. A different therapist actually had to come in and finish the job because it was taking so long - thankfully she was super fast and was done within minutes. I’m sorry for the therapist who this is about because she really was very friendly but it was disappointing and it basically set my whole day back by an hour and made me feel a bit rubbish about my hair - something I’m sure a few women will relate to our there. I also got covered in wax and was basically left to depart the salon without so much of a goodbye or much of an apology. Disappointing.

Had my first ever microdermabrasion today. Natasha was very friendly and professional and talked me through the treatment so I knew what to expect. She gave me some really good advice on how to take care of my skin after the treatment and also the types of products I should use for my dry skin. Very impressed with the service.
