I am still raging at my experiance today at Beauty Tonic.
I was 7 minutes late for my appt due to car problems, and appologied on arrival but then was refused treatment.
The girl who greeted me was rude and also refused to give me a refund.
I appreciate fully that it was my fault I was late never in my life have I been refused treatment for being less than 10 minutes late let alone spoken to like I was.
I wouldn't reccomend this place at all now based on my experience today.

I admit I was late to my appointment, but I feel that places usually accommodate for the chance of people being late. I was rushed in and out and told I could only have one of the two waxes I booked, and not given a choice which one. I had my under arms waxed and was out in no time without being offered any form of discount for the wax I didn’t receive- the more expensive of the two I booked. Overall it was fine- the place and the lady who did my wax were nice enough.
Great Hollywood wax, friendly environment, so sad they have to close for lockdown but we will be back stronger!
