Disappointed, gel not done up to my cuticles so looks like I've got regrowth already. Didn't feel like a personal experience even though I was the only person in there... the beautician was nice enough but I felt like she didn't value my custom, no offer of drinks no introduction, she didn't take my coat etc, considering it was my first appointment there I expected more but regrettably I will not be returning.
