I was happy with my nails but unfortunately I found the girl that did my nails to be very rude and unfriendly, plus I felt rushed to pick a colour. I understand it was 4pm on a Friday but this is no excuse for bad customer service. I won't be back.

Staff lovely, clean and tidy area but not so keen on the close proximity to the nail bar. The door is directly across so when opened any clients/staff can see straight in while you are on on the bed, also any conversation or concerns you want to talk to staff about can be heard by everyone outside the room. Not a private area which I think most women want while being waxed.

Very poor treatments . After the wax, patches of hair were left on my legs and knees . My gel manicure lasted a few days and chipped and lifted . Whilst the management did offer for my nails to be re done, it is impossible to go in at the drop of a hat when you have a little baby and I was on holiday . I also booked a spray tan that they agreed to re arrange for me, but it took weeks and weeks to contact the admin team to sort this, when I advised of my dissatisfaction of my wax and nails, advising I would be leaving a review on Treatwell I was told that they had changed their mind and that even though I had paid for my spray tan they wouldn’t honour it . So end result, chipped gel manicure, a poor wax and I lost £25 for the spray tan.
Really awful experience when ‘treat’ times are so precious for busy mummies . Plenty of wonderful salons in Chorlton and definitely will not be going back here.
