Most painful Brazilian wax I've had in fifteen years of waxing. Also didn't do underneath so need to shave. Uneven eyebrow tint. Please add your cancellation policy to treatwell - you can't try to hold people to it if it's not on any booking confirmation emails! (And I wouldn't have cancelled if you had answered the phone to fit me in for help soak off before nails). Girl was nice but could probably do with more training to address above issues.
I'd never been here before but I would highly recommend Beauty tonic the staff are lovely and really helpful, and definitely go again.
After making the booking online, I was asked if I could come in 5 mins earlier. That was no problem but when I got there at the time they wanted, I was made to wait 15 mins anyway! Was disappointed with both the eyebrow and leg wax. Not much attention to detail and patches of hair (and wax) still left. The girls were friendly and welcoming but don't think I'll be back
