I expected a better experience. The waxing room was in the basement not airy at all and smelled of damp. I mentioned it to the girl. The lighting was very low for waxing so the full leg wax was not very good and I had to use my epil machine when I went home.
The hot wax was not the best material I have tried as it hurt me more than ever.
They need to consider of making some improvements in their basement rooms and waxing materials. Would go back only for the shellac which met my expectations.
Very professional, friendly, and did a brill job on my nails. The arm and hand massage added to the relaxing experience.
I loved everything and couldn't find a single fault during the time I spent at Beauty Tonic.
