In the past this salon was great this time it was not. The member of staff was really unhelpful when i realised i hadn't booked a soak off. She refused to give me a refund even though she knew i was going on holiday and i had limited time. I left the salon without shellac on my toes and had to go to another salon. A potential customer came into the shop and she was equally unhelpful. This coupled with absolutely terrible music did not reflect the kind of service you would expect from what was previously a cool salon.

Been to beauty tonic on beech road a few times. Nails always look fab after!!
