Would've been a 5. Only knocked one off as they were 15 mins late. Other than that, it was a present for a friend and she loved it.

Dreadful experience!!! I will not be returning. After booking to have acrylic nails done at the salon, I arrived right on time to find myself waiting to even be seen by a member of staff even after ringing the bell 3 times in 15 minutes. Once finally seen to, I was aware that the salon no longer facilitates the acrylic nail offer, and would not be able to see me at all for any other treatment at the booked time. I proceeded to ask when I could have any appointment, but both members of staff appeared to be busy on the phone or in fairness with other customers. The whole time in the salon, I found was rude and abrupt, and not a place of calm as suggested by the ambiance of the rooms. I will not be returning!
