It was my first time doing the CACI. Carla explained me the treatment in the details and she gave me lots of useful info. She is a lovely and friendly woman and at the same time very professional. Absolutely recommend!

I've been going to Carla for quite a while, but I'm afraid this experience has left me in distress. I have went for an eyebrow wax and was left with an patchy eyebrow where she's removed hair in the inside near my arch. She has not only ruined my shape but now i have to walk for a month looking like a clown until my hair grows back. Also one eyebrow was thicker and the other one was thinner. Not impressed and really upset. Definitely not coming back.
