I've been going to Carla for quite a while, but I'm afraid this experience has left me in distress. I have went for an eyebrow wax and was left with an patchy eyebrow where she's removed hair in the inside near my arch. She has not only ruined my shape but now i have to walk for a month looking like a clown until my hair grows back. Also one eyebrow was thicker and the other one was thinner. Not impressed and really upset.
Definitely not coming back.

Carla was brilliant - I couldn't recommend her highly enough! This was my first facial, so I didn't really know what to expect, but Carla was great, talking about my skin concerns with me before taking me through what she was going to do. She took her time to make sure I was really relaxed. Will definitely be coming back!
