Amazing attention to detail. Carla spent time looking for hairs that were to short for hot wax alone, tte environment was comfortable, treatment was strangely soothing for my normally deaded sensitive skin. Very happy. Recommended.

Absolutely perfect, Carla was amazing, she explained what she was going to do. She was extremely gentle. The extraction was done very well, not painful at all. My skin looks great!
