This was my first visit to Beauty Therapy by Carla. On my way to my appointment, Carla messaged with photos showing me exactly where the building was situated with access information. Carla explained what would take placeduring each treatment. She went into details re some skin issues I had and made suggestions of what I can do in between visits. Facial was wonderful, as was hot stone massage, I could hear myself snoring during the treatment. Waxing was pain free. I can’t wait for my next visit
