Love my glamour lashes. I travel all the way from London to have my lashes done from Elka. Exceptional service provided always.

Salon owner greeted me when I arrived, very friendly and welcoming. Shellac range in my opinion are limited. For the same money I have had a full manicure which includes cuticles push and trim, soak off, file and shape, mini massage. The finish wasn't perfect as there was product left on my cuticles and skin. On day two the product started coming off however the salon have offered to fix it pretty quickly. On the whole it was ok but definitely not the best I've had. Sorry if I appear harsh but just being honest.
Elka Dassett Salons is the best in Birmingham. Always treat her clients with well. Her environment is clean it's like you are still at home. Best xxx Ishia
I was underwhelmed with what this experience bought. I asked 2 twice for more pressure. The woman pulled my hair during the Indian Head massage which made me jump. She has been doing them all day and I was her last appointment , the enthusiasm was well and truly worn out in my opinion.
