Had a pedicure at this place a few days ago and I've got to say it was not worth the money or the experience they claimed it to be. I regret paying £19 to wait 10 minutes while they set up a screen, then to have my feet in luke warm water in a washing up bowl for 5 minutes, then an exfoliation with a tool that looked like it had scrubbed half of Birmingham's feet. Cuticles pushed back just about, no nail trimming just filed down, some of them anyway. A 10 minute mask, from a cream from a massive tub that looked like a cheap value foot mask. 5 minute massage on each foot only and then told I was done. I asked for the cuticles to be pushed back further or cut down and the therapist just touched my toes with the cuticle cutter and didn't really do much. I didn't want a colour as I didn't feel like I wanted to sit in the saloon any longer than I had to in order for the paint to dry. Add to that the noisy environment, this is a salon and a barber shop and a nail bar, the conversation is lively, the music is not soothing and the staff are unprofessional having personal conversations on the phone on loudspeaker in front of customers. The girl who did my pedicure made no effort to engage in conversation with me to make the experience any better, I'm not sure how my experience differs so much from others but I'm glad I didn't pay £35 which it's full price. They probably do great nails and cut hair great but please avoid for any relaxing treatments.
