Booked for myself and my friend to have appointments at the same time but there was only one beautician available so we were being done consecutively and having to wait. Eventually they got someone else to come and do my friend (pulled from another client). His manicure was rushed in 5-10 mins (should’ve been 30) and was very basic. The beautician said it was because my nails took longer and that this was my issue, even though my appointment was booked for 1.5 hours so there should’ve been time
