Had my hair trimmed by Sheetal. Listened to exactly what I wanted, explained what she was doing and also stopped to reassure me of length when I asked.
I’m fussy about the length of my hair and Sheetal not only listened but then went on to explain layer/feather length to suit the length. Was extremely pleased and have had lots of compliments already! Thank you Sheetal

I started going to Beauty Suite after my usual salon closed as a result of Covid.
The service has always been average and I have never felt at ease. The lady who actually did the threading was very nice but that is about it, I always feel like I’m annoying the staff by phoning to make an appointment.
After 5/6 visits I have decided I will not come back anymore. I phone up to make an appointment and still have to wait 20+ minutes on multiple occasions. Not on, as a customer I deserve better.

I paid for L’Oréal hair treatment on Treatwell but hair dresser told me Nashi treatment will be better for my hair but it is £10 expensive, I said yes to Nashi. In the Treatwell Nashi treatment is only £5 more expensive than L’Oréal, i trusted the salon and didn’t check the price on website, this is so wrong.

I’m a strong believer if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing well. This is my first time at this beauty salon and I will be truly honest.I wish I could take pictures and put on here but I can’t. I went in for a Hollywood wax and the beautician 3 barely touched my skin. First of all it was painful throughout the whole procedure and she didn’t bother to clean off the remaining wax, getting home I noticed hairs around the surrounding area. So what’s the main reason for going? Never again!!!
