So friendly and welcoming. Facial and the face massage was extremely relaxing as usual. Had an amazing time feel so refreshed. I like in London but whenever I come to Birmingham I always get a service done from here.

The massage was exceptionally good as I had alot of knots in my shoulders and neck. Vanita managed to reduce them, which made my shoulders feel much better. The pressure was perfect and it was relaxing. I've already booked another massage for 4 weeks time.
