Preet is always really nice. She takes her time and always makes sure you’re happy with everything. She’s the only person who has threaded my eyebrows without hurting me! They have very reasonable prices for treatments and have a high quality service. Thank you very much

Staff weren’t very talkative. Same with pedicure, products were being used for both feet and hands without disinfecting. At one point the cuticle stick used for my feet was passed to the other member of staff to use on another client without disinfection. Surely you should have more files and cuticle sticks available to use for each client separately?
