Beautician was late arriving and hadn’t been able to heat up wax. Was told I had to have threading even though I’d booked for a wax treatment and if I wanted waxing I’d have to wait another 20 minutes.
Manisha was lovely and my leg and underarm was carried out with skill and meant it was a quick, pain-free experience. Thanks :)
I didn’t have manisha I had Pavi and she was brilliant she had two rude customers before me but showed good customer care
