I've gotten my eyebrows waxed here a few times now and Vera is always very good and consistent in her treatment, and the pain is minimal because of the way she does the waxing. She takes her time to make sure I am happy with the shape and the studio is always clean and tidy.

Booking accepted via Treatwell but salon was closed when I arrived. I called the salon, and the owner asked me to come back in 3 hours. When I said I couldn’t do that, she then asked me to wait for 30 mins for the wax to heat up. I couldn’t do that as it would make me late for work. She then refused to cancel via Treatwell. Sadly, the owner was rather rude too. Avoid, or call ahead to double confirm.

Vera was awesome, very engaging and ensured that she gave me what I desired to the best of her ability. I knew when the client who preceded me left with smiles that I was due to have a good session. I was not disappointed.

Even though I was late Vera was very accommodating. It was my first time getting a wax but it went really well and smoothly with very little pain. I’ll be coming again! :)
