Never had a worse experience. The place smells of piss. I paid for a BIAB, which on the app says it should take 1h 15min to get done. It was not a BIAB. They did use 2 thin layers of the builder gel, but just like any other varnish before even filing my nails. Pretty much no prep, terrible application that leaked in all of my cuticles. And the color is super streaky. All that in under 30 minutes. I would not have paid for this service if I hadn’t pre paid. Not very clean either.
