Unfortunately I wasn’t very impressed with my experience. the eyebrow threading was so quick it felt careless, and the thread snapped continuously. The manicure was disappointing in various ways. The choice of colours was very limited and most were running out or old so couldn’t be used. The first colour I chose I was told was too low to use and the second one I chose needed varnish thinner added and gave a streaky look needing 3 coats to look decent. The hand massage was done with foot and leg cream which just seems cheap and lazy. The nail filing was ok but the frayed ends of my nails were left at the end of my nails so that once the varnish was all done I had to scrape off the frayed bits and the nail varnish came with it, leaving me with a chipped look immediately. The atmosphere of the place was not very nice to sit in for an hour and overall I wish I had changed my mind and gone home to do my nails myself.

Very nice therapist but really disappointed with the manicure. Cuticles were flooded so it is all cracking and peeling off.
I’ve one or 2 nails where polish was applied properly the rest has gone totally over my and into skin meaning it’s peeling off. Won’t be going back.
