The lady did not use anything under my eyelash so my top lashes stuck to my bottom lashes and she then pulled them apart.
She put some of the glue into my eye by accident and my contact lense stuck to the inside of my eye. I spent a long time trying to pull my contact lenses out... a very painful and upsetting experience.
This was my first time getting extension, so I didn't know what to expect.
I will never go back here again and they should be reported.

Normally I can’t fault this place however Rozena was off sick unfortunately and I had to have someone else. That’s not a problem as still did a good job however it would be nice to be informed before my appt.
